Consultanţa în management general are următoarele scopuri:
· Analiza mediului intern şi a mediului apropiat al clientului
· Identificarea şi stabilirea punctelor tari şi slabe ale organizaţiei în concordanţă cu ameninţările şi oportunităţile din mediul extern
· Elaborarea unei strategii de dezvoltare pe urmatoarea perioadă definită de comun acord cu organizaţia client
· Elaborarea unui plan de reorganizare şi restructurare la nivel organizational pentru atingerea obiectivelor strategice
· Asistenţă în implementarea planurilor propuse şi acceptate până la atingerea obiectivelor

Instruirea are următoarele scopuri:
· Analiza nevoilor de dezvoltare a competenţelor angajaţilor pentru atingerea nivelului de performanţă propus de client
· Strabilirea necesitaţilor de instruire pentru fiecare echipă sau angajat vizat
· Armonizarea necesităţilor de instruire într-un plan de pregatire teoretică şi practică
· Elaborarea suportului şi materialelor de curs în concordanţă cu planul de pregatire
· Livrarea serviciilor de intruire
· Verificarea însuşirii cunoştinţelor dobândite
· Elaborarea unui raport pe marginea derulării programului
· Întâlniri după o perioadă stabilită cu participanţii la instruire pentru a identifica evoluţia indicatorilor de performanţă care trebuiau îmbunătăţiţi prin sesiunile de instruire
· Recomandări generale pentru companie şi individuale pentru participanţi privind nevoile viitoare de instruire şi dezvoltare profesională.

General management consultancy aims towards:

· Harmonisation of training needs in a practical and theoretical training plan

· Testing aquired knowledge
· Development of a report on the implementation of the program
· Meetings after a specified period with the training program participants to identify the evolution of performance indicators that must be improved through training sessions
