Jade Gym s-a nascut din pasiunea pentru wellness – un mod de viata ce se rupe de cotidianul slujbei si grijilor concentrandu-se pe sanatatea fizica, emotionala si mentala.
Jade Gym va intampina cu un spatiu total de 500 MP compartimentat intr-o zona spatioasa de 350 MP destinata antrenamentului cardio (10 benzi, 10 biciclete, 6 steppere) si forta , utilata cu cele mai noi echipamente Technogym. De asemenea va punem la dispozitie un studio bine ventilat si confortabil pentru orele de aerobic, vestiare individuale cu cheie si o sauna cu caramizi de sare Himalaya. Sala noastra va ofera sansa de a practica terapia cu sare (haloterapia). Inhalarea ionilor de sare trateaza multe afectiuni printre care se numara boli ale sistemului respirator, alergii, probleme digestive, afectiuni dermatologice , dureri de cap si migrene.
Sala noastra va ofera o gama larga de servicii si abonamente flexibile – incepand cu plata la sedinta si finalizandu-se cu abonamente anuale foarte convenabile. Aici puteti profita de abomanentul DAYTIME (pana in ora 16:00) la un pret redus si abonamente REGULAR NELIMITATE de 1, 3, 6 si 12 luni. In plus, la Jade Gym veti beneficia de un sistem de acces securizat si un card de membru personalizat.

Jade Gym welcomes you with a total of 500 total square meters of space divided in to a 350 square meter area used for cardio exercises (with 10 treadmills, 10 bicycles and 6 steppers) and bodybuilding purposes equipped with the latest Technogym equipment. Here at Jade Gym you can also find an air conditioned aerobic’s studio, individual lockers with keys and a saline sauna with Himalayan salt. Here you can practice halotherapy – therapy with salt. A saline sauna offers you the best of both worlds – the benefits of a regular sauna due to its heat of about 65⁰C while breathing in the ions generated by the salt. This type of therapy has been known to aid in the treatment of many heath issues such as respiratory problems, allergies, digestive problems, skin problems, headaches and migraines.
Jade Gym offers great flexibility in memberships – you may choose the reduced cost DAYTIME membership or any our REGULAR UNLIMITED one, three, six and twelve month memberships.
