We are a small, friendly and happy school with a strong sense of community. Respect, tolerance, creativity, and independent learning are a priority at IBSB as we understand that a good education is not only about exam results, but also the emotional and social development of our children.

In addition to a strong academic programme, we are able to offer our children a rich extracurricular calendar, including day and residential trips, after school clubs, a strong work experience programme, CAS programme, and a colourful array of school and interschool events designed to develop students at all levels.

Through our rich curriculum we continually seek to discover our children’s interests and strengths and work together in partnership with our parents, through regular communication, to ensure that our students are continually working towards achieving academic excellence, and to achieving their full potential, overcoming any obstacles that may arise in the course of their education.

Every member of our school is encouraged each day to actively participate in all school events and activities and to make a positive difference to the lives of those around them.
