PRIM LAW (Profeanu, Rosca, Ilin & Murgu) is a law firm established in 2014 by four attorneys with a consistent experience gained both in the private practice and corporate environment, providing legal assistance as attorneys-at-law while collaborating with leading Romanian business law firms and companies active in all commercial fields.

Our lawyers are highly professional offering a large area of practice including assisting clients on all aspects of renewable energy, IT, intellectual property, real estate transactions in Romania (Europe), particularly acquisitions, joint ventures and development, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial, contracts, litigation, leasing and privatisation, capital market, international transport and banking.
