AIMS
Target group 1 - pupils and students and adults with SEN - will improve their pre-vocational and vocational working skills by using new technologies – ICT, tablets, interactive white-boards, alternative augmentative communication, TEACCH approach, visualization and structuralization, video modeling.

Target group 2 - The professionals (teachers, psychologists, social workers, therapists, teaching assistants) working with pupils and students with special educational needs - will improve the quality of their qualification in terms of pre-vocational and vocational skills, to gain new insights, experience, methods, strategies, educational resources, tools and ICT skills in form of formal and informal education.
WORK PROCESS
Three project meetings will take place at parnter´s schools and three short term joint staff trainings where teachers and other professionals will train each other in methods used at their schools, share experience and discuss on topic of increasing the effective pre-vocational and vocational educations, use of ICT and effective transition of students with special eduactional needs into the world of work.
All partners have been assigned different tasks by which they will contribute into the project. Each partner is responsible for creating different project outcome and contribute into a common project outcomes. Each month there are specific tasks to be carried out by each participating school.
EXPECTED RESULTS
1. Open educational resources website - containing all project videos and process schemes - to help students with SEN, SEN teachers, parents and carers in acquiring new skills - from early self help skills, continuing through pre-vocational skills during their compulsory education, up to vocational skills during vocational education.
2. DVD with all presentations about methods, strategies and approaches / to be shared on the website as well as a European Shared Treasure
3. Booklet with process schemes - low tech outcomes - for free upload from the project website, eTwinning and EST.
4. Shared experiences among participating schools which will increase the competences of the teachers and improve the pre-vocational and vocational education
5. Shared now-how regarding building better links and relationship between schools and local businesses in order to support the employment of people with mental disabilities.
6. Measured improvement of tested group of students.
