One United Properties is a leading developer of premium residential real estate. One United has several high-end residential projects completed (188 units), under construction (340 units) and in the near pipeline in Bucharest’s Northern area (484 units). An office building of 24,000 sqm GLA is also at planning stage. One United Properties' founders started developing residential compounds in 2006, and under this brand name starting with 2011. They have invested in real estate since 2000. Current projects include: 1) One Floreasca Lake is a residential compound with 68 apartments with beautiful panoramic view of the Floreasca Lake. The first two buildings (42 residential units totaling 9,000 sqm) were completed in June 2013. The third building (26 units totaling 6,000 sqm) was completed in August 2015. 2) Madrigalului Residence is a residential compound with 14 apartments totaling 4,000 sqm. The building faces Baneasa Lake and has quite neighbors on both sides of the building. Completed in September 2014. 3) One Herastrau Park is a high-end residential compound with 2 towers of 52m each and 106 apartments totaling 28,000 sqm, within 2-3 minutes walking distance to Herastrau Park and steps from Floreasca Lake. The West Tower has panoramic views to Herastrau Lake and the Est Tower towards Floreasca Lake.
